ALWAYS during the holidays!
My grandmother spend several holidays in the hospital. My game distributor’s mom is in the hospital and she was going to a funeral today. One of my customers sent me an email that he couldn’t come in because of some health issue with his daughter that they were at the hospital for… ALWAYS during the holidays!
