Here’s another scoop I tracked down for you “C.S.I. Miami” fans (are there such things as “C.S.I. Miami” fans?)… Rory Cochrane ( “Empire Records” & “Scanner Darkly”) is coming back for at least one episode arc, if not more, as his character Tim Speedle, who was killed off in the third season premier in 2004. Cochrane will not be doing flashbacks, so its safe to assume that his character is back from the dead.
