Its an all spoilers day! This time check after the break to see just what’s up with Smallville.?

The big thing for this season is the addition of Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) as a series regular but we’ve known about that for months. But did you know that in the season premier she has a run in with Lex Luther? Similar to the pilot of the show where Clark saves Lex from drowning, Kara will show up just in time to save him from a watery grave.

Chloe was left for dead in May’s season finale but have no fear, she will be back.

Lana will also be back but I’m hearing mixed rumors about what exactly is going on with her. In May’s season finale she presumably faked her death… but these rumors are suggesting she actually did blow up. I’m hearing that Lana will be back but she may be back as a clone and not as her actual self. She also may disappear for a few episodes after the season premier.

What’s up with Lois? A love triangle, duh! Her ex boy toy, The Green Arrow returns but not before Lois starts getting hot and heavy with the new editor of The Daily Planet. So expect a multi-episode-arc with her trying to pick which guy is for her.

Also, don’t forget that Mama Kent is off in Washington doing the Senator thing. She’ll appear in a handlful of episodes this season (most of which will just happen to air during sweep months).

As for big bads… the show is trying to get Kevin Sorbo to come on board for a multi-episode arch where he will play… ready for it… drum roll… GENERAL ZOD!
