Sources are being super-super tight lipped on “The Office” season premier. Spoilers are few and far between. But I did find out that Kevin spends the first episode like an investigative journalist trying to figure out what exactly is going on with Pam and Jim. He, like everyone, knows that Jim asked Pam on a date. He, like everyone, knows that the two went on a date, but then no one in the office knows what happened after that.

Then some small stuff you probably already knew… Karen will be back for a few episodes. She is has a new sitcom on Fox and if the show is canceled Karen will be back a series regular. Also Ryan may be working for corprote but expect to see him around on a regular basis. The same goes for Jan who’s unemployed but still popping into the office to see Michael.
