Dead Zone and Psych Renewed
USA made me nervous when they renewed “4400” and “Monk” but gave no word about “Dead Zone” and “Psych.” The network normally announces renewals in October so it was odd for them to announce the first two renewals in summer.
It was pretty obvious that “Psych” was going to be renewed since it’s the new highest rated cable show this year. Plus its funny and fits well with “Monk.” But I was getting really worried about “Dead Zone.”
This season was supposed to be Anthony Michael Hall’s final season playing pysphic Johnny Smith from the Stephen King novel. So I found it odd when this season sort of just ended and they didn’t wrap up the overall long-going storyline. I was scared that the show was over and they wouldn’t give closure to their fans. So its awesome that it’s coming back again for another 13 episodes.
