“Venture Bros.” Renewed
I first discovered “Venture Bros.” when it first appeared on Adult Swim several years ago. I feel in love with the show and was really excited after a long hiatus they were picked up for a second season.
It seems that the DVD of the first season, which happened last spring, and episodes being available through Itunes, has caused a spike in ratings, making Adult Swim give an early renewal for a third season of the show.
Jackson Publick, the shows creatator, posted in his livejournal, “…even though a relatively speedy Season 3 pickup is blowin' in the wind (if not official yet), it will probably be a little while before we regroup, get our heads together, and start writing more episodes.”
He also pointed out that the second season should hit DVD next march. Man I’m going to be depressed waiting for the third season to start.
