Its the third time I&#8217;ve tried to photograph crab cakes in the past six months and it&#8217;s\u00a0definitely\u00a0a step up but still not a money shot. Crab cakes are just really hard to photograph. Partially because of the\u00a0weird\u00a0shape and also the texture can look\u00a0unappetizing\u00a0if the lighting isn&#8217;t just right.<\/p>\n<p>For this one i think the biggest problem is that it looks too dry.
