I had no idea that there were so many ways to eat it. Other than straight from the shell my favorite so far has been etoufee.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve never had etoufee, it is kind of like a very thick stew that&#8217;s packed with a bunch of yummy creole seasonings. It&#8217;s often served on rice or with a ball of rice on top of it it.
